About Michel  Brossmer

Michel has been in the Real Estate business since 1992.  She started her career in Denver.  While in Denver she was an active member of the Aurora Association of Realtors chairing the education committee.

In 1994 she moved to Tucson AZ to help her aging grandparents.  While in Tucson Michel was a successful agent at RE/MAX Premier Realty.  Shortly after her grandparents passed away she met her husband Dave.  Less than a year later in 1999, they moved to San Antonio, TX for Dave’s job.   

Once again Michel built a successful real estate career in San Antonio working with Realty Executives.  In 2001 she went to a Real Estate Conference called “By Referral Only” (BRO).  She immediately hired their coaching staff to help her build her business “By Referral Only”.  By 2003 Michel missed Colorado and her family, so in July she convinced Dave to move back to Denver. 

Upon her return she implemented the systems BRO had taught her and she built a successful referral business in a short period of time. In 2005 she opened her own company employing 2 agents and 2 part-time assistants.  In 2007 when she became a foster mom she decided to downsize and move home.  Working at home was too lonely so in January 2008 she joined the Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek

Michel is very involved in the Denver Board of Realtors.  She is currently serving a 3 year term on the Board of Directors.  She is also the immediate past chair of the Affordable Housing committee and sits on the Finance and Audit committee and electronic lockbox task force as well.

 Michel & Dave live in NW Denver in a cute updated bungalow.  In 2006, Michel & Dave became foster parents with the intention of adopting 2 boys.  They recently adopted William, age 6 and are fostering Huntyr age 5 with the hopes of adopting him as well.  They enjoy hiking, biking and entertaining.
