     Steve Jones of

Kentwood
City
Properties Hosts Artistic

Evening at “Environments For Living” Home

DENVER
– Steve Jones, a leading broker associate with Kentwood City Properties, recently hosted a special evening of art, food, and wine at Park Hill’s only “Environments For Living” Home.  The evening, held September 25th, showcased an art exhibition by Don Quade and a tour of the David Weekley home distinguished by innovative building characteristics that qualify the residence as an Environments For Living home.

The David Weekly home at 2341 Ivy in Park Hill is a four bedroom residence with five baths.  Priced at $798,210, the home was “Built Green” and has garnered a 5-Star Energy Rating.  The home is highlighted by a wealth of energy-saving features such as above-grade insulation, dual pane Low-E windows, a 92-percent efficient furnace, plus a state-of-the-art cooling system and much more.

Artist Don Quade is known for mixed-media paintings and collages that are a reflection of his fascination with the abstract geometry found so abundantly in nature.  Quade holes a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from

Colorado
State
University
with a minor in Art History.  His work is in numerous corporate collections throughout the

United States
and around the world.  For more information, visit www.donquade.com and www.walkerfineart.com.

“The evening and art show was very successful with more than 75 attendees, including Dee Charifisi and Jim Theye from Kentwood City Properties, Jace Larson from 9News, and Leslie Mitchell, president of First Bank of Cherry Creek,” said Steve Jones.  “Bobbie Walker of Walker Fine Art and artist Don Quade provided the art and an intellectual overview of Don’s art.  Showing off the David Weekley home was special.  It was Weekley’s first

Denver
in-fill project.  Everyone had a lot of fun and we have a few parties interested in purchasing the home.”
